    Helpdesk

     

    ArtiCAD's telephone helpdesk uses a state of the art queuing system to ensure a "first-come-first served" service to all our users. If you make a support call to ArtiCAD, your query details are entered into the system which raises a support helpdesk ticket. This ticket automatically goes into a queuing system and our technicians will call you back to resolve your query, rather than making you hold on until they are able to take your call. We aim to contact you within an hour of your call, but often achieve this in a much shorter time.

     

    Alternatively, queries can be emailed to support@articad.cc for a speedy response.
